AIDAN REX

Aidan is a Montreal born singer-songwriter and producer with a penchant for Folk tunes with hints of Rock, Pop and Electronic. His music is influenced by Nick Drake, and many other singer-songwriters. Aidan has been releasing music indecently since 2015. While furthering his education and songwriting abilities at Sarah Lawrence College in New York, he followed up with Portraits, a stripped back folk project with a nostalgic tone. Moving forward Aidan switched gears to a more alternative leaning production style incorporating more electronic sounds. While completing his studies at the Berklee College of Music, Aidan produced his project, Chrysalis where he explores his indie rock side and returns to a more organic sound. He also has released two singles with another Boston based artist, Emily Sangder, in 2022. After a small two track EP release in March of 2023, Aidan began his album rollout which will come to fruition November 10th with the release of "Snow in the sun", a collection of eight indie folk pop tunes.
